Four tips to help us help you:

 

1. If you are getting an error message, please provide as much information as possible.

 

2. If the application worked before, but suddenly stopped working, please tell us any recent changes you've made to your computer.

 

3. If you need help upgrading or reinstalling an application you already purchased, provide your license key if available. If your license key is lost, tell us the approximate purchase date.

 

4. Double-check your email address. We can't respond to an wrong email address!

 

5. Try checking for an updated version. You can easily check by clicking the Check for Update link visible on the first screen of all Digitope applications.
