How to Upgrade

Upgrades are free at Digitope!

Follow these simple instructions to make sure you're using the newest software available!

Step 1. Check for an Update

When you start a Digitope application, you'll see a Check for Update link on the first screen. (This screen appears after the trial screen and any initial welcome screen)

Click this link to check if there is an updated version available.

Step 2. Download and install the new version

If there is a newer version available, follow the instructions on your screen to download and install it.

Step 3. Unlock

After you have installed the new version, you will be prompted to unlock it. Unlocking takes only a moment.

You will need your licence key. Your licence key can be found in the email your received when your purchased the software. Follow the instructions on your screen to unlock the application.

Because we switched licensing systems in February 2008, your old licence key may not work. Don't worry...it's easy and free to get a new key.
